The Drac Immobilier agency was created in 1992 by Jean-Michel and Lionel Zucaro.

In January 2010, we combined our services in a single agency in Saint Martin d'Hères, in larger and renovated premises, in order to allow us to better welcome you and assist you in your real estate transactions.

In February 2013, we joined "The 100% Expert National Real Estate Network, Arthurimmo".

In February 2023, after ten years of valuable collaboration, punctuated by appraisals and transactions, we decided to leave the network, in order to focus solely on the sale of real estate, as an independent real estate agency, with the same desire for competence and professionalism.
